Abstract
In this article , as one of the main principles of the
competence approach in the innovative educational environment, the
understanding of competence education as a subjective quality of a person,
knowledge, skills and taking into account the availability of skills and
participation in the production process, his attitude to the educational process,
the abilities and experience of learners, looking at the educational process as the
main factor in the collective characteristics of the activity, strictly improving the
knowledge of future teachers Pedagogical conditions that must be mastered with
socio-spiritual influencing factors are described.
