IMPROVING THE ASSESSMENT OF THE ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF INVESTMENT PROJECTS

Abstract

The presence of a number of problems in the effective organization of
assessing the financial and economic efficiency of investment projects in our
country negatively affects the activation of Investiture processes, the
construction of large facilities, the effectiveness of the use of investments. In
particular, the feasibility study of investment projects should not be carefully
prepared, marketing research on the project should not be carried out correctly,
preliminary identification of risks on the project and imperfection of the
methodology for calculating, etc.k.
