ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION AND MODERN METHODS OF ITS TREATMENT PROPHYLAXIS

Abstract

Despite the achieved success in the management of arterial hypertension, adequate control of arterial blood pressure in the population is far from being ideal. In the lecture there is a description of characteristics for four hazards of risk in cardiovascular complications caused by. The standards of medication and non- medication anti-hypertensive treatment of today are considered in details. Goal-oriented levels of ABP recommended for achieving in the management of patients with AH are given in accordance with the international recommendations. Indications for application of the rational combined antihypertensive treatment are analysed. Recommendations for individual selection of pharmaceuticals in dependence upon the concomitant diseases are given here
