Abstract
Gastronomic tourism has become the most active type today and is strengthening in the private tourism industry. The gastronomic journey will be more interesting; it will not only taste the food, but also energize and share emotions. The article examines the gastronomic potential of the world and Uzbekistan. The routes of gastronomic tourism, ways of realization and development of gastronomic tours in Uzbekistan are shown.
