Abstract
In modern sports, the symbiotic relationship between athletes and advertising has become a defining aspect of their professional activity. This thesis aims to study the multifaceted dynamics of sportsmen's participation in advertising within the parameters specified in sports contracts. Exploring the rights, obligations, and nuances embedded in these agreements illuminates the complex nature of athlete-brand partnerships and their impact on the sports industry.
