Abstract
Bribery, a pervasive and detrimental form of corruption, has
significant implications for economic, social, and political systems worldwide. This
scientific article explores the multifaceted nature of bribery crimes, identifying the
underlying problems and proposing comprehensive solutions. By delving into the
root causes, consequences, and global efforts to combat bribery, this article aims to
contribute to the ongoing discourse surrounding corruption prevention and
eradication.
