Abstract
Bribery and corruption crimes continue to pose significant
challenges to societies worldwide, affecting economies, governance structures, and
public trust. This scientific article explores the multifaceted nature of bribery and
corruption, delving into the problems they create and proposing potential solutions
to mitigate their impact. By examining the root causes, consequences, and global
efforts to combat these crimes, this article aims to contribute to a comprehensive
understanding of the challenges and avenues for addressing bribery and corruption.
