Abstract
Within the framework of this work, in the spiritual and educational
activities of higher educational institutions, ways of organizing these initiatives
and improving the mechanisms for their implementation are discussed. It is also
aimed at applying innovative approaches to the educational process, increasing
social activity among young people, developing independent thinking and
initiative skills in them. The results of the work can be useful for the leadership,
teachers and students of higher education institutions, as well as for the
developers of educational policies and programs, since it offers practical
recommendations and solutions aimed at more effective organization of spiritual
and educational work.
