Methodology for organizing educational practices aimed at the development of creative activity in students of the pedagogical college

Abstract

This paper presents a methodology for organizing educational practices aimed
at the development of creative activity in students of the педагогический колледж.
Creativity is an essential skill for teachers, as it enables them to engage their students
in learning, motivate them to think critically, and help them develop their own
unique talents and abilities. The methodology presented in this paper is based on
five steps: identifying the desired outcomes, choosing appropriate activities, creating
a supportive learning environment, providing opportunities for feedback, and
celebrating success. By following these steps, teachers can create educational
practices that foster creative thinking and problem-solving in their students.
