In this article, the relevance of the fluency indicator on highways to harmful gases emitted into the environment is discussed. It has been studied the fluidity of the road pavement in Uzbekistan and the connection of harmful gases emitted from cars, and the theoretical study of measures to reduce harmful gases according to the linkage. It was based on the influence of the smoothness of the road pavement on the air environment, depending on the condition of the road surface.
