Abstract

Legal relations are social relations that arise on the basis of legal
norms and determine the rights and obligations of participants. They are divided
into the following types. Constitutional legal relations - regulate the fundamental
rights and freedoms between the state and citizens. Civil legal relations - are
relations between individuals related to property and personal non-property rights.
Labor legal relations - determine the terms and obligations of labor between the
employer and the employee. Administrative legal relations - relations between state
bodies and individuals or legal entities within the framework of management
activities. These legal relations play an important role in ensuring the stability of
society and legal order.
