Abstract
The article presents a comprehensive study of cooperation,
ownership relations, and governance mechanisms among the participants of cotton
clusters in Uzbekistan. The research findings reveal the hierarchical structure of
cluster entities, their legal foundations, contractual relations, and the specific
features of ownership distribution. A comparative analysis with international
experience highlights the distinctive characteristics of the models applied in
Turkey, India, the United States, China, and Brazil. The article provides an indepth
analysis of existing challenges, constraining factors, and possible directions
for improvement. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of
scientifically grounded recommendations aimed at democratizing the cluster
system and enhancing its overall efficiency.
