Abstract

Background: The association between SARS-CoV-2 infection and cerebrovascular events has been well-documented, but the long-term clinical trajectory of strokes occurring in the post-COVID phase remains poorly understood. Objective: This study aims to analyze the clinical characteristics, neuroimaging findings, and 6-month functional outcomes of patients who suffered an ischemic stroke following recovery from COVID-19.
