Abstract

This paper examines the enhancement of energy efficiency in gasoline internal combustion engines (ICE) through the application of advanced fuel injection technologies. Internal combustion engines remain the dominant power source in the automotive industry; however, their efficiency is limited by incomplete combustion, fuel losses, and suboptimal air-fuel mixture formation. Modern fuel injection systems, including electronically controlled multi-point injection and direct injection technologies, offer significant improvements in fuel atomization, combustion precision, and overall engine performance. The study analyzes how these systems contribute to reduced fuel consumption, improved thermal efficiency, and lower emissions. The findings suggest that advanced fuel injection technologies play a crucial role in increasing engine efficiency and supporting environmental sustainability goals.
