Abstract

The process of moisture-heat treatment of oilseeds is one of the most important technological
operations in the technology of obtaining vegetable oils by pressing-extraction. This process is carried
out in vat braziers, where it works at different temperature conditions for frying a petal (or mint) with a
reverse fuse
