Abstract

this article reveals the main features of increasing motivation of
dialectologists-students in the process of professional training. It is indicated that it is necessary to
increase motivation for the training of a modern specialist, it is important to consistently develop
the system of training dialectologists. Also, to increase the motivation of future dialectologists, the
main opportunities available at the current stage of university development are studied. It is said
