Abstract

     In percutaneous echinococcectomy, anaphylactic reactions occur in 4.2% of patients and are the most common complication of the intervention. 
     Haemorrhage, subcapsular hematomas, cholesophagus, abdominal contamination and disease recurrence are rare complications not exceeding 1-1.5% each. Formation residual cavity is a natural course of postoperative.
