Arbitration is a popular method of dispute resolution in the commercial world. There are several major arbitral institutions that provide arbitration services to parties in commercial disputes. This article provides a comparative analysis of the major arbitral institutions, including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), and the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
