Abstract
In the article, the pedagogical model of developing the legal
competence of future teachers is highlighted on the basis of scientific and theoretical
data. On the basis of legal socialization of future teachers, the task of developing their
legal competence, the theoretical and methodological bases of modeling, goals and
tasks have been clarified
