Abstract

The introduction of electronic document management systems is
one of the urgent problems of solving management problems and their mutual
integration into global, regional corporate and local information and educational
systems. New private institutions are opening, state universities are developing.
Electronic document management is becoming increasingly widespread, since it is
the advantages of this form of activity, such as: effective management of financial,
material, human and other resources, which allow education to develop dynamically
and reach a new level. Improving the efficiency of document management is
becoming one of the areas of improving the activities of education as a whole.
