Abstract
By 1928, a professional-type puppet theater collective began to form. Folk
puppeteers Pulatjon Donyerov and creators who love this art - Nurkhon
Ishmukhamedov, Hamidulla Abdullayev, Mahamatjon Soliev and Olis Halimtoev
worked in it. They switched to making dolls out of cardboard, rags and glue, and
also began to work on the basis of a written play.
