FINGERPRINTS

Abstract

This article gives an overview of the science of fingerprints and
the different types of fingerprints that can be left everywhere. We also describe
various methods used for fingerprint detection, including traditional methods such
as powder coating and DNA analysis. The article also explores the fingerprint
identification process, which involves comparing a fingerprint found at a crime
scene with a database of known fingerprints
