U.S. EXPERTISE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IN UZBEKISTAN

Abstract

The cooperative efforts between Uzbekistan and the United
States to improve intellectual property (IP) management procedures are
examined in this thesis. It explores the partnership's economic impact as well as
the legal reforms, capacity building, technology transfer, enforcement measures,
and historical background. The discussion covers case studies, opportunities,
challenges, and future potential, offering a thorough picture of the bilateral
collaboration in improving Uzbekistan's intellectual property. An extensive
synopsis of the bilateral collaboration in strengthening Uzbekistan's intellectual
property infrastructure is given, including challenges, possibilities, case studies,
and future prospects.
