Abstract
Sports competitions serve as the pinnacle of human athleticism today, fostering camaraderie, competition, and skill. However, behind each of these exciting sporting events lies the civil and legal framework necessary for their organization and implementation. This research thesis explores the complex network of legal and civil regulations that underpin sports competitions, highlighting their importance, key components, and impact on participants and stakeholders.
