Abstract
In this article, the significance of personalized education in improving the professional competence of future elementary school teachers is discussed, presenting opinions and observations. The landscape of education is continually evolving, and with it, the role of elementary school teachers becomes increasingly complex. As we navigate the 21st century, the focus on academic achievement alone is no longer sufficient. A holistic approach that considers the unique personalities of both students and teachers is essential. Personalityoriented education centers on the recognition that every student and teacher brings a distinct set of characteristics, strengths, and challenges to the learning environment. It goes beyond the traditional emphasis on academic outcomes, seeking to nurture the whole person intellectually, emotionally, and socially.
